　朝１０時から１２時過ぎくらいまで今シーズン初めてのスノーボードをしに行った。職場の同僚と一緒に行った。会ったら知らない人がいて、その同僚もさっき知り合ったらしい。めちゃめちゃうまい。二人とも大会に出るほどのテクニシャン。とてもありがたい。３時間も滑ってないのに、帰ってきたらめちゃめちゃ体中痛い。筋肉痛。服脱ぐのも着るのも大変だった。あと２日くらいはこの痛みとともに生活しないといけないだろう。ウィンタースポーツ嫌いだけど、今日はなんか楽しかった。天気よいと景色もよくてすっきりした気持ちなった。

 I went to go snowboarding from 10 to about 12 am for the first time in this season. I went to go with my colligue, but I met him at the park, there was a person who I don't know with him. I heard that He had just met the man. They are so good at snowboarding that they participate some compititions. It's very thanksful because they teached me. When I went home, my body hurts because of myalgia. Its very hard to put off and put on my clothes. I have to live 2 days with this pain at least. Anyway, it was fun somehow even though I don't like winter sports. Today, the weather was sun and good temperature, I felt refreshed.

Doing winter sports with a good weather and a warm temperature even though I don't do well with that sports, I can enjoy and have good feelings.

クラスマネジメントがめちゃ大変。席決めとかしないといけない。ずっと一緒にいるし。

I think that its very hard to do class management. we have to decide students sheets thinking their relationship. we always stay with them.
