日記

朝7:15に起きた。昨日夜10時にはベッドに入ったから早起きできたと思う。成功するためには朝早く起きることが大事だってYoutubeで見たから、最近意識している。今日は朝早く起きれたからよかったけど、お昼寝したら2時間くらい寝ちゃった。これはミスってる。お昼寝は生産性を上げるってよく目にするから、お昼寝したらしっかり寝ちゃった。次は気を付ける。ちゃんとアラームもかけて寝る。でもアラームなっても起きられない。スッと起きられる人がとてもうらやましい。スッと起きられない自分は、気合が必要。もっと気合入れて起きよう。今調べたら、「昼寝は15時までに15分だけ。横になって寝たら起きにくいから座って寝るとよい」という記事があったから、次は試してみようと思う。

I got up at 7:15. I think I could get up early because I went to bet until 10 p.m. I watched Youtube that it's important to get up early if you want to succeed in anything. So I have tryed. Today, it was good to get up early, but it was not good to take afternoon nup for 2 hours. This is bad. I often see some articles that afternoon nuping is raise our productivity. So I did. I have to care about it. I have to use alurm before taking nup. but I can't get up easily everyday. I am envy these who can get up easily. people who can't get up easily like me need confidence. Let's get up more confidence. I just suarched, I found a article which is " Afternoon nup is 15 minites until 15 o'clock. you should sleep sitting becouse it's hard to get up if you sleep laying. I want to try these.
